Mailbox migration success but the mailbox doesn't actually migrate over

Hi!

I attempted to move my mailbox over to the new Exchange 2013 server from 2007. The migration was successful but the mailbox doesn't actually move to the Exchange 2013 DB. Any reason why? I was able to move a few other mailboxes over with no issues....

How do you move them? From GUI or through shell cmdlet? Can you post exact shell cmdlet which you are executing?

I am using EAC page. I haven't tried Exchange Powershell. Maybe i'll give that a try!

You should make sure that there are no old move requests for the user you're trying to relocate. I would go to the EMS and perform a:

Get-MoveRequest | ft -Autosize

to show you the history of any old moves, and if you see one for the user you're trying to move perform a:

Remove-MoveRequest -Identity 'Alias'

That should do the trick as well.
