Mailbox limits
I have a single Exchange 2003 EE server in my environment. I have two information stores (one with limits set;one without). I would like to have to users on the unlimited store start to get rid of stuff so I can reclaim some space. Would my best bet be to have them export their entire mailbox to a PST file? Just looking for some ideas. Thanks.

I would set your limits now, something that doesnt prevent them from sending or receiving, but issues warnings. Have the users archive to psts if you want and once they get below the warning level, set the receive and send limits accordingly. From there, it will be up to them to manage.
