Mailbox full message appears when mailbox is not full - No limit on the mailbox
Hi,
I am experiencing a problem with a mailbox that constantly thinks it is full. There are numerous other mailboxes on the same exchange server that are many times larger than the mailbox that is having this reoccurring problem, no limits are set
on any of the mailboxes. Resetting the local cache will clear the problem for a week or so, then it will happen again. This problem only affects one mailbox.
What would you guys suggest is causing this problem?

Any update?
We can compare the configuration of the specific user with other normal user using the following command:
Get-Mailbox <username> | fl “quote”
Check out whether is there something differences between them, and if the issue persists, try to disable the mailbox of the specific user and reconnect
it, and check whether the issue is still existence.

Confirm using Exmerge if the size as reported is Ok.
else check the rules etc , else create a new mailbox and copy the exmerged contents.
