Exchange 2003 SP2 on Windows 2003 SP2. I just implemented a nightly mailbox cleanup using Exchange's mailbox manager. I selected to notify mailbox owners with a message of the processing. I'm cleaning messages from Inbox, Delete Items, and Sent. Everyone, including the admin, gets four notifications of the messages processed, all of which are sent a few minutes apart. Is this a bug or is it suppose to do this?thanks!
