We are using Exchange 2013 and out look 2013.

I have assign the full mailbox permission to User A for User B. Now User B's mailbox is automatically mapped in outlook of User A but it shows as name in place of his Email ID

Is it the way , I can rename it ..so that it will display such as " John.Daz @aa.com " in place of John Daz

Thank you for your question.

We could refer to the following steps to meet you requirement:

1.        Log on DC and navigate to ADUC
2.        Click B user and choose property
3.        In general table, type B@contoso.com in Display Name, as the following snapshot:

Then we could wait  until replication completion, if we want to it work immediately, we could rebuild the profile.

As per the above information and details, to solve this issue, please follow these steps: -

• To change the name of PST file that show in the folder list, Right Click on folder that you want to change.

• Choose Data File Properties (its just Properties in older versions of Outlook).

• Click the Advanced button on the Properties dialog and change name in the Data File dialog.
