Mailbox Move from 2010 to 2013
I'm running into an issue where when I migrate a mailbox from 2010 to 2013 the Outlook client is unable to connect to the mailbox and whenever I try to launch Outlook I am given a message "Your Administrator has made a change and requires you to restart Outlook...".  When I check the mail profile settings I see the GUID listed for my CAS but it's not until I remove the GUID and resolve the FQDN of the CAS that I'm able to successfully open Outlook.  Any ideas?

By any change are the Public Folders still on the Exchange Server 2010? See this topic: Exchange 2010-2013 Migration - Outlook Client gets "Your administrator has made a change...".

Hi,

Please run Get-OutlookAnywhere | fl Identity,*auth* to check your OA authentication.

I suggest you can try to recreate a new profile for the problematic user to test.
