Mailbox Limits
Does Microsoft offer any best practice recommendations for users mailbox limits in terms of size? I.e. when you reach X mailbox size its time to delete some old unneccesary email or archive?
I am sure our limit per normal user mailbox is 40MB, is there any way in exchange 2003 to determine users whose mailbox limit is not 40mb, i.e. unlimited or more than 40mb?
That would be interesting to see...

Yes, You can use LDIFDE script to get report for mailbox quota. I don't have exast script with me but you can see below link.
SCRIPT: Show mailbox quotas (including Store & Policy quotas)::

Anil - not being a scripter myself - do you need to specify the exchange server hostname anywhere in that script, our mailboxes are spread over 3 servers
