Mailbox Import form PST Exchange 2013

Hello everyone,

I'm in the process of migration of a Exchange 2003 to 2013.
To export the Mailbox from Exchange 2003 I used the Exmerge tool that running smoothly.

The problem now is the Exchange2013 import operation.
After made the necessary requirements, by the attributes the Mailbox Import Export Role, when you run the New-MailboxImportRequest command, I get a Queued in status and stays for hours.
This occurs for one Mailbox or more.

Exchange 2013 is updated with the CU8.

Any idea?

Get-MailboxImportRequest -Identity email@address |Get-MailboxImportRequestStatistics  -IncludeReport | Format-List

Hi Carlos,

Thank you for your question.

In addition sneffs suggestion, we could check if there are any errors in application log and post those errors to ibsexc@microsoft.com for our troubleshooting(include you run command).

By my understanding, we have grant Read Permission on the share to the group Exchange Trusted Subsystem.

we could run the following command to set the DataMoveRestrictionContstraint to None:

Get-MailboxDatabase <database> | Set-MailboxDatabase -DataMoveReplicationConstraint none

Then we restarted the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication Service and remove the

Import request, finally re-create a new import request to check if the issue persist.
