Mailbox Creation Type
I am looking for some advise on what is the suggested mailbox type for things like shared calendar mailboxes and genifax mailboxes? Thank you in advance for help. TDTD

I would create them as type shared which will disable the account and no password is set. Hi, How do you want to use the shared calendar mailboxes and genifax mailboxes? According to Microsoft Technet, I haven’t found these types of mailbox. Understanding Recipients As I understand what you mean shared calendar mailbox may be a room mailbox, Equipment mailbox or a mail enabled public calendar folder.
