Hello Jamos, Here is the way for Send-As and same way you can find full mailbox permission... How To: Find All Mailboxes with Send-As PermissionAssigned http://exchangeshare.wordpress.com/2008/09/01/how-to-find-all-mailboxes-with-send-as-permission-assigned/

Hi, Brill thanks for your message! Does this work for support staff that have to have full rights to a user's mailbox so that they can fix problems? I.E it will display all support staff that still have FULL access to users mailboxes, so that we can ask them to take this access awat again after they have finished their support call? Thanks Jamos J

Hello Jamos, Yes it does and gives you all the users whomever has full access on individual mailboxes so you can ask the users to remove those... I just found that Exchange guru Bharat has also nice article which might be fully suitable for your requirement...
