Hi, What version of Exchange server are you using (when I know that I can give you links to articles that explains how to perform the steps). It would prove that messages actually got to your server and which e-mail address they were meant for. Leif

Hi, Do you get e-mails from others delivered to your exchange server? Leif

I think it due to the filter, such as attachment filter. So could you please ask the user to send a plain text email to you. If you can receive the plain text email, the issue should be the filter. Related information: Configure Attachment Filtering Understanding Attachment Filtering Enable message tracking will help to found the issue. Configure Message Tracking Please make sure the send not in your blocked sender, and there is not any rule to forbid from receiving email from the sender.
