Mail not being delivered when getting from POP3 server
Hi allI have a Winsows SBS server 2003 with exchange loaded on there and my manager in his wisdom has setup an accountan external ISP for a new part of the business - the only way we can get the emails from them is via POP3.Problem I have is when I POP the ISP to get the email, it tells me how many messages are on the ISP server to be POP'ed, downloads them fine but once completed whenever the emails run through the routing rules that have been setup under the POP3 connector they disappear. The error message I get in the event log is :Date: 03/05/2007Source: MSExchange MTATime: 09:01:06 AMCategory: X.400 ServiceType: WarningEvent ID : 290User: N/AComputer: MyServerDescriptionA non-delivery report (reason code unable-to-transfer and diagnostic code unrecognised-OR-name) is being generated for message C=US; A=First Organisationl;L=MyServer070422.It was originally destined for C=US;A=;P=First Organizati;O=Exchange;DDAMTP=Me@MyCompany.co.uk (recipient number 1), and was to be redirected to .(MTA DISP: Result 16 136)(12)For more info click .....Ive done as much searching as I can - and all the posts point at a problem with exchange 5.5 - which isn't loaded on the machine. Has anybody seen anything like this before? It's driving me potty! Thanks
