Mail going to wrong mailbox
HiBefore I started being a technician for the company I work for I used to be involved in dealing with customer service emails on behalf of a client.In AD several additional email addresses were added to my account, so they would end up in my mailbox.Now I am a technician I am still getting these service emails, despite having moved the email addresses to another persons account in AD and removing them from mine. I have triple checked with the client's web hosts that their forwards are no longer going to my email addresses, but to the new persons.When I receive an email from one of the service addresses, in the "To" box it says the new employees name, not mine, but still ends up in my mailbox!I have no forwarding rules enabled either in my inbox or AD profile.Our administrator has no idea why this is, does anyone have any ideas?Any help greatly appreciated!ThanksPaul
