Mail Store Dismounted
Hi,I had a store dismount overnight and was trying to investigate why, however my event logs appear to be corrupted. I searched for system dumps are and application related dumps to no avail. Does exchange log any other debugging information that I could analyze to determine the cause? Exchange Server 2003 SP2Thanks.

The event logs are really the only way if you arent already prepared to use something liek adplus to capture dumps.So the store is mounted now? Nothing further in the event logs?You may want to run ExBpa against the server. Ensure you have no disk space issues or excessive trans log or store growth.Any Anti-Virus running on this server?

I will run the ExBpa as suggested. A/V is not running on the server. Thanks for the suggestions.

Thanks for all the input. As it turns out another Admin had manually dismounted the store to perform some maintenance and then 'forgot' to re-mount the store. I ran the ExBPA and it came back clean.
