Mail Queue issue - to release mail queue I have to move DB from server to other.

Hello,

I have a mail queue issue that occurs every 3 to 5 hours and to release this stuck mails I have to move the Mailbox DBs from one DAG member to another DAG member !!!

Please advise.

Not really enough information to go on.

When the messages are stuck in the queue, what does the error say.
What do the event logs say.

It could be back pressure, and the server you are using does not have enough disk space to process everything.

Hi,

Please find the delay reason in the queue viewer.

The reason will help us to analysis the issue.

Please confirm if the issue happens to to all outside domain or one specific domain.

If the message is for a particular domain like yahoo.com etc... then we can check if you are able to nslookup yahoo.com and set the query to mx and check if mx record resolved from your hub & CAS server.
