Mail Management Fails To Create Report - Or Execute
Hi Folks- We are running Exchange 2003 (FE-BE config). I am logged in as the Administrator and created a new Mailbox manager policy that looks in the Inbox and Sent Items to Generate a report for emails older than 30 days. I right-click and choose Apply policy now. The policy looks like it runs (via Event Viewer) - but the client does not receive an email, the admin never receives the report. Interesting - there is 1 policy that deletes emails in the Deleted Items folder every Friday.. That works great. Why would 1 work - and not the other? Thanks - Chris
