Mail Icon in the Control Panel will not respond
I am trying to set up my email in Outlook 2013.  Because it is an exchange server I need to do it from the control panel.  When I go to the control panel on my Surface Pro 2 and click on the icon the nothing happens, no error message or anything.  I have shut down, tried left clicking and open many times and still no response.  Please help if you can, thanks.

Hi,

Please try to locate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Profiles and rename the Profiles key to ProfilesOLD. And then try to open Mail applet again to check the result.

Please let me know the result.
