Mail Distribution groups not working
Hello, when I try to send an e-mail to any distribution group it is not received by recipients. From the queue viewer I can see: Last error The mailbox recipient does not have a mailbox database Obviously the recipient is correct and with a functioning mailbox

Is it from queue viewer or message tracking? You may try message tracking by searching based on recipient and for distribution group you must see an event "EXPAND" where the group membership is retrived on the HT server (in Exchange 2007). Also, make sure the correct entry is selected from the address book.

Also, if you are not using universal groups in Exchange 2000 and above, your results for distribution group use will be haphazard. Are the groups you are using universal groups?

Hi Acmsoft, It sounds odd, could you please create a new DG and make a test? Any message dilivery restrictions configured on the DG? Sounds the DG corrupted. Regards!
