Hi I want to add mail disclaimerwith all outgoing mails from exchange 2003 to internet. I didn't find any option in exchange 2003 server. I have only one exchange server in my organization. Please suggest some tips. Regards Sunil

You could either add a 2007 server as your outbound mail server, or get a 3rd party product like GFI mail essentials. THis isn't a feature native to 2003.

Thanks for reply... But we are not ready to install Exchange 2007 (Need some preparration for this) Isn't any free product which can do this job. Sunil
