Mail Delivery System bounce back
I am currently using Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003 and I am only having this issue with one of my users (as far as I know). An external user was replying to his email and they received the following error: "This message was created automatically by the mail system (ecelerity) A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: psmith@domain.com (reading confirmation): 550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused." This message came from postmaster@embarqmail.com Has anyone experienced this before? Please let me know. Thanks, Peggy

This appears to be a problem with the message recipient's e-mail system, not yours.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
