I am trying to screenshot from a mac, and then put the pictures on word and they are blurry

Can someone help me with this..

What are you using to capture the screenshot?

OS X has a builtin function and it works perfectly fine from what I can see. To use it press Command+Shift+4 to perform a custom area selection or Command+Shift+3 to take a picture of the entire screen. The PNG formatted image result is placed on your Desktop.
