I have a faculty member who has documents from Word 97 that when printed from Word 2010 to a BizHub printer is printing portions of text in a lighter shade of black. It looks as though portions of the text are bold and other portions are not even though it is not formatted as bold within the text. We have contacted Konica Minolta and tried several different drivers and recieve the same results regardless of whish driver or which computer it was being printed from.

All computers being used are Windows 7 Pro with Office 2010. I have a copy of the document as well as a PDF of the printed page to show what it looks like when printed. It prints fine on lower end printers. However, we need these to be able to print to the BizHub.

Please convert a document to the Word 2010 mode test if it helps.

If the problem only appears in BizHub printer, please convert document to PDF as a workaround.

If you hover over "Heading 1" and then return to "No spacing", the problem goes away.
