MS outlook other than office network is not connecting to exchange server

Hi all,

When we install Avamar Application(Backup agent from EMC), other than office network Microsoft Outlook application is not getting connected to Exchange server.

Internal mail communication, OWA and Mobile outlook communication are working properly.

Server Details:

  1. Node1

OS: Server 2008 sp2(86x64)

Exchange Version: MS exchange 2007

2. Node2

OS: Server 2008 sp2(86x64)

Exchange Version: MS exchange 2007

Both the servers are in active passive cluster architecture.

3. HUB Server

OS: Server 2008 sp2(86x64)

Exchange Version: MS exchange 2007

4. CAS Server

OS: Server 2008 sp2 (86x64)

Exchange Version: MS exchange 2007

Please inform which services / port number causing this issue.

Please look into the issue and provide the solution.

Since this issue occurs <after> you installed "Avamar" - have you contacted the support folks at EMC by selecting the applicable support option from
