hello ,

Am using ms office outlook 2007 . suddenly the data file damaged 9.5 GB.

am done several times of SCAN.PST to repair  but till also am notable to retrain the data .

how to recovery my data . give me solution as soon as possible .

Do you mean you have noticed a 9.5 GB data lose from your data file? What's the type of account configured in your Outlook? Is that a PST file or an Exchange OST file?

If you are using an Exchange OST file, we recommend you deleting that file and letting Outlook recreate it. Its generally faster to will resync the data from Exchange server.

If you are using a PST file, and if it is seriously corrupted. Try runing Scandisk.exe (look under Programs | Accessories | System Tools) first, then Scanpst.exe, repeating several times until neither program returns an error.

One more thing you should note is that lots of PST files are corrupted due to oversize, you should avoid keeping a lager PST file. Try to archive your mail datas regularly.

It is a common scenario among computer users where they lost access to their Outlook Data files due to corruption. SCANPST utility is a FREE way to repair Outlook Data files having only minor corruption. But this FREE utility will not work if Outlook Data file is damaged severely or if the file blocks inside Outlook Data file gets damaged.

If Outlook Data file fails to get repaired by FREE SCANPST tool then you can always opt for commercial tools which can help you get back access to your emails. Look for some 3rd party Outlook PST repair tools to fix your corrupt pst file and help you open fixed pst file in MS Outlook.
