MS outlook WebAccess email
Both my friend & i have (what appears to be the same version of Web access email (SF IE 6.0 SP2/V.01312007). Although we work for different organizatiions. But when he creates & sends a message, the message automatically makes a copy & sends it to his 'Sent' folder, but mine does not. I have searched for an option to change this, but cannot find it, I got to thinking that maybe there isn't an option to change this & that it may be controlled by the server ? Please help Thanks Ian

By default sent messages are copied to the sent items folder. In the outlook client there is an option to disable this feature, but i believe that is only applied when outlook is in use.my two thoughts: refresh the browser. if you have been working in IE for a while the page might be stale and not show the newly sent item open outlook and check out this option. in the event that the server does keep this info (pretty sure it doesn't) the checkbox would be clearedhope that helps
