We have a intranet that was developed in VS. I have no many information about the source and the database. It was working fine but now it sends Automation error. 

The process is:

a word template in shared in the intranet - jobletter. When you try to create a new letter, the template is open with word, then write the request number, unlock the security alarm macro, and then it opens a windows to search all the info of the employee using the id. It can not complete the process and send the automation error. 

Please help me with some ideas.
