Hello,

Here we using MS Office 2010 License version on 25 users.

Some user MS outlook 2010 restart automatically in a day 2 or 3 times. 

I have reinstall MS outlook but this issue not resolve.

Check Antivirus, Firewall, Disable Addins but issue is not resolve.

And 1 Laptop formatted but this issue is not resolved.

Vikram is absolutely right, follow the steps and your problem will be gone. If you need to recover your deleted Outlook profile data then use Kernel for Outlook PST Repair Tool for the recovery of corrupted data from deleted profile.

Also try MS-Office repair by following the steps-

Open control panel and click uninstall a Program. Select Microsoft Office and click 'Change'. Now select Repair and click continue. Complete the process and reboot.

Try this, sometime it works.
