Hello,

Here we using MS Office 2010 License version on 25 users.

Some user MS outlook 2010 restart automatically in a day 2 or 3 times. 

I have reinstall MS outlook but this issue not resolve.

Check Antivirus, Firewall, Disable Addins but issue is not resolve.

And 1 Laptop formatted but this issue is not resolved.

Hi,

Regarding this issue, please try these steps: -

1. Start the Outlook in Safe Mode.

2. Disable all third-party Add-Ins.

3. If issue still persists, I suggest lets create a new profile to test this issue.

4. In the Event Viewer you can often find out more information about why Outlook crashed. The Event Viewer is a general location in Windows itself where applications and Windows can write status events when for instance a service is started/stopped, an application is launched or closed, if a backup was successful, who logged on to the system, etc.. It also contains events for when an application unexpectedly stopped or crashed.
