MS Office 2013 - Shared Mailbox Issue

Hi,

I have created a new profile for a shared mailbox (I have permissions). When I login to this shared mailbox, it is taking me to my own personal profile. How can I fix it? Please help.

Remove all cached credentials from store. Make sure that you have full access permissions. Create new profile with shared mailbox email. Type your credentials in credentials popup. It should work. If you still have issues try to do it on another workstation to isolate an issue. Also check permissions by Get-MailboxPermission
