MS ISA server 2004 Standard edition with SP3
Hi Guys, I'm running ISA 2004 Standard with SP3. Some clients are web proxy while others are firewall clients. A rule allow users to access external FTP sites (rule is correct). Traffic goes through Cisco pix firewall (FTP traffic is allowed to go from here). Earlier clients can access external FTP sites now they cant any more. I found in some KB articles to deselect use passive FTP check in IE advanced settings, I did; but doesnt solve the problem. When a user is accessing any FTP site. Ie; ftp://ftp.hp.com , ftp.symentic.com IE returns the following error message. Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder. Details The server name or address could not be resolved Any help/suggestions would highly be appreciated. Note: earlier customer was using ISA 2004 without any service pack today I installed SP3 but same problem is occurring again. PS: i could not find any ISA forum that's y i posted here, if is there any isa forumlet me know. Thanks

ISA 2004 running on Windows Server 2003 or Windows server 2003? While applying SP's you also applied SP's for Windows server 2003 ? SP2 for Windows Server 2003 is available can gets installed via Windows updates.
