MS Access 2010 Margin Settings for a Report
I currently have a report which is 7.5" wide x 5" high.  I have an Epson FX 890 dot matrix printer. The tractor fed paper is 10" wide by 5.5" high. I have created a custom paper and preset all the printer defaults to this paper size. When I test print the page turns out perfectly.  When I try to print the form, MS Access will not let me increase the page margins to narrow thus causing the form to print on 2 pages. When I check the margins in report it shows them as top .25", bottom .25", left .25" and right 3.138". It will not allow me to decrease the margin to make the form fit. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Do you mind sharing a screenshot about this issue? Based on my test, we can modify the margins of Access report/form with Print page setup:

This option is based on your printer driver, thus, please try to check the default printer or update the driver.

Hope it's helpful.

I have not been able to change it to anything other than this.

Top .25

Bottom .25

Left .25

Right 3.138

The message won't allow me a screenshot yet since I haven't been confirmed. It seems to have more to do with the size of the paper. Thanks for your help.  I 'm trying another work around.

OK, please let me know the result of the workaround. You can upload the screenshot via OneDrive, and the share the link here.
