MS Access 2007, Query only shows first field

Hello I have a form with a combo box that I want to show the results of a query in.

I set the controls record source to a query that selects 42 total fields.

When I run the query it shows everything I want.

However when I apply the query to the combo box it only shows the values for field 1, not all the values for every field per record. Like I want.

How do I specify the list of values to be from every field? I can add pictures if need be.

Is this a property in Access 2007's combo box property on the form or the query? I have found the column count for the fields within the query design but changing any one of them to 42 does not affect the number of items on the forms combo box.
