MS Access 2007, Query only shows first field

Hello I have a form with a combo box that I want to show the results of a query in.

I set the controls record source to a query that selects 42 total fields.

When I run the query it shows everything I want.

However when I apply the query to the combo box it only shows the values for field 1, not all the values for every field per record. Like I want.

How do I specify the list of values to be from every field? I can add pictures if need be.

You have to set the Column Count property of the combo box to 42 (the number of fields).

Please note that only the dropdown list of the combo box will display multiple fields. The text box part of the combo box will display the first field (or, if you have set the Column Widths property of the combo box, the first field whose column width is non-zero).
