Trying access 2013 evaluation copy (part of office 365 home)

when I open custom web apps not sure what I need to give in web location box.

is share point required to be installed ?

Hi,

Yes, before you can create an Access web app, you need to have a SharePoint site where you can host the app, either through an Office 365 subscription that includes sites or an on-premises SharePoint deployment. Access apps dont work with Office 365 Home.
