MSQuery Add-in for Excel 5 Compatability
I just reimaged a new laptop for a customer with XP Pro.  I reinstalled Microsoft office 2003 as this is what the customer had before.  Under Excel 2003 add-ins on the old system there was  MS Query Add-in for Excel 5 Compatability and ODBC.  Where would I find these add ins.

The following add-ins are no longer included with Excel 2003. However, they are available for download from the Excel section of the Microsoft Tools on the Web (http://office.microsoft.com/) Web site. Alternatively, you can visit one of the following Microsoft Web sites:

  • Access Links (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=B7F9F609-5D8A-4F53-ABCB-3D3D22774AAF&displaylang=en)

These following add-ins are no longer included with Excel 2003. Additionally, they are not available for download:

  • Autosave Add-in (Autosave.xla)
  • MS Query 1.0/2.0 Compatibility (Xlquery.xla)
  • Template Utilities (Tmpltnum.xla)
  • Update Add-in Links (Updtlink.xla)

Hope that helps.
