I have seen this type of error popup, but I'm not sure what could be causing it in your case. How many E2K7 servers do you have running? The first thing I would do is to run the following cmdlet: Get-RoutingGroupConnector | FL target*, source* Look through the list and see if the source and target transport servers are correct.
