I have seen this type of error popup, but I'm not sure what could be causing it in your case. How many E2K7 servers do you have running? The first thing I would do is to run the following cmdlet: Get-RoutingGroupConnector | FL target*, source* Look through the list and see if the source and target transport servers are correct. Next, run the Exchange Best Practices Analyzer and see if it comes up with anything.

Hi,First of all thx for the quick reply. Using below query Im unable to get any out put. what's the meaning of it ?we have only one exchange 2007 server running. I need to move all mail boxes. But unable to move it. Because I've moved one live mail box. I can send to out mails through that mail box. But when I send mails from out side (web mail) unable to receive it. I want to solve that problem any how. When I checked event viewer I found below error.Regards,Amila

Hi, Please check whether you have routing group connectors on both Exchange 2003 Serverand Exchange 2007 server. Please refer to the below article to use cmdlt Get-RoutingGroupConnector. Get-RoutingGroupConnector http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996924(EXCHG.80).aspx If theres no routinggroupconnector, then please use below cmdlt to create Routing Group Connectors from Exchange 2007 to Exchange Server 2003. New-RoutingGroupConnector -Name "Interop RGC" -SourceTransportServers "Ex2007Hub1.contoso.com" -TargetTransportServers "Ex2003BH1.contoso.com" -Cost 100 -Bidirectional $true -PublicFolderReferralsEnabled $true More information share with you: How to Install Exchange 2007 in an Existing Exchange Server 2003 Organization http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/bb124350.aspx How to Create Routing Group Connectors from Exchange 2007 to Exchange Server 2003 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/aa997292.aspx Besides, I would like to check whether the mailbow has been move to Exchange 2007 server. Please run Get-mailbox identity domain\user |fl to see whether this mailbox has been moved to Exchange 2007 Server. Please pay attention to the Server name, IsVaild item from output. More information about moving mailboxes from Exchange 2003 directly to Exchange 2007, you can use the Move Mailbox wizard or the Move-Mailbox cmdlet. You cannot use the Exchange System Manager or Active Directory Users and Computers to move mailboxes from Exchange 2003. For more information about moving mailboxes across mailbox databases, see Moving Mailboxes. Hope it helps. Xiu
