MSExchangeTransport Event ID 22003: primary server db state change

I'm currently receiving Event 22003 error regarding 1 of our 3 DAG Exchange servers:

The database state of the primary server SERVER-02.DOMAIN.COM changed from 't9oFaM76Z0OfJEWIZ0Bhnw==' to 'P9creyhxX0qvDnxpKj4J/A=='.

I'm unable to find any additional information regarding this event ID.  Anyone able to shed some light on the event and how to resolve the error status?

Hi,

You can run Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus for DAG members to check the database copy status, queues, and content indexes.

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd351258(v=exchg.150).aspx

Also use the Test-ReplicationHealth cmdlet to check all aspects of replication and replay in a database availability group. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb691314.aspx

Please check some related event log in event viewer.

David,

Thanks for the suggestions.  I had already used the Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus which returns healthy DB copies on the remaining Exchange severs. Test-ReplicationHealth also returned passed results for all DAG members. Neither of which provide any details as to the event log entry noted in the original post. Events within the same time-frame of the noted event also do not shed light on the error message. Content indexes are fine although after updating to CU9 I had to re-seed a few of them to get them to a healthy state. The only item of note is that we have an unusually high number of Shadow Redundancy mail messages on two of our 3 servers.
