I am facing the issue as when i open saved email. (.msg) from shared drive, error occurred as cannot read the item. it happens to all user who have access to the shared drive. but curious when i notices most of the file size below 25kb getting this message, but when open file size more then 30kb is successful.

If you save the .msg file whose size is below 25kb on local and try to open it, does the issue persist?

Yes. i have tried that as well. still same error. Exact error is 'Cannot read the item'.
