The object domain.com/Users/SystemMailbox{0C5E1178-A163-4991-8A37-72184E7F53FB} has been corrupted, and it's in an inconsistent state. The following validation errors happened:

Database is mandatory on UserMailbox.

Also I have 5 System Mailbox??!! Do I need all of them? If not how and which to delete.

Don't delete them

You can try a few things to fix:

Set-Mailbox SystemMailbox{0C5E1178-A163-4991-8A37-72184E7F53FB} -Arbitration -Database <CorrectDB>

if that doenst work,

re-run setup/prepareAD for your CU level.

Hello David, thank you for your quick reply.

OK I won't, like last couple migrations (2000/2003/2007/2010) I will just migrate all that System mailboxes to new server 2013 :-(

I try set-mailbox, that give me an error :

<The operation couldn't be performed because object 'SystemMailbox{0C5E1178-A163-4991-8A37-72184E7F53FB}' couldn't be found on 'my domain cotroler '.
    + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (SystemMailbox{0...7-72184E7F53FB}:MailboxIdParameter) [Set-Mailbox], Mana
   gementObjectNotFoundException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : BC901196,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.RecipientTasks.SetMailbox>

That error looks strange to me, because I see that system account in ADUC !?

Also I re-run prepare AD, completed without errors. But acount still without database.

Any other idea ?

Thank you

Do you see the AD account for that mailbox in adsiedit? If so, look at the homemdb value. If its empty or incorrect, find another AD account that is correct and copy and paste the Homemdb value into the system account's homemdb value.
