MAPI_E_EXTENDED_ERROR 80040119 may be caused due to many reasons. if you give us more information about what does the 3rd party app do when we speak about exchange, that would be more of help! Most of the times when we talk about this error it would be a sync error on the outlook where outlook(MAPI) tried synchronizing something but it failed to do so. like wise your 3rd party app might be trying to synchronize something and when it fails to syncrhonize it gives this error message. I am putting this down to an issue with the local mail profile - however there is an issue with the OAB within this company so it could also be that. Iv got a case with Microsoft for that one thanks all
