MAK not working after 11 months

For almost a year, I have been a single user of M/S Office 2010 Professional Plus, Version 14.0.7153.5000 (32-bit), running on my PC using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system.

It was installed by a computer tech who transferred all my data and files from on old computer to a more modern Dell CPU in mid-September 2014.

When I opened any of my M/S Office programs last week, I was told This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated so when I tried to activate by entering the same 25-digit product key code that was successfully used for these past 10+ months, I am told the activation failed.  It gives me Error Code: 0xCOO4F074.

The key code that has been working since inception and until last week is: XXX

I dont want my Office programs to stop working when the remaining 19 days expires.  Can someone help me?

Hi,

Based on the error message/code, this issue might be caused by the count of MAK has been deactivated. I recommend you contact the customer service, explain the scenario to them and ask if they can provide some help:
