I am having nothing but problems with Exchange 2010. Where to begin... There was a fresh install of a new exchange server performed monday in an org that had no exchange. I am a member of enterprise admins and schema admins. I did all the preps installed all the pre reqs and started the install. It completed with no issues. I then went in and added my user account to the Exchange Org admins group as well as org admin and server admin just to be on the safe side. When I opened the exchange management console I notice server config was not there and when i clicked on org admin I was presented with "you do not have permission" I decided to Reboot the server and checked again and recieved the same error. After a few hours on google finding article after article that didnt help I decided to uninstall and start over since it is a new org. I was unable to uninstall easily as it was giving me grief about OAB and had to cobble together some info to rip the install out. Side note: In the EMS I am unable to run any exchange specific PS command it says it is not an internal or external command. I am also unable to load the add-pssnapin for the exchange module, it says the module is not installed on the computer. to continue: I reloaded the server with a fresh server 2008 r2 install, fully updated. Added and verified from http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa995902.aspx then began the exchange install. Once again the install ran with no errors and once again I am unable to access org config cant see server config can run any commands in the EMS and now when I attempt to uninstall I get this on the client access portion The following error was generated when "$error.Clear(); if (get-RpcClientAccess -Server $RoleFqdnOrName) { remove-RpcClientAccess -Server $RoleFqdnOrName -Confirm:$false }" was run: "Exchange server "server name" was not found. Please make sure you have typed it correctly.". The event log is stuffed with errors and services seem to be missing I need some advice ThanksDislaimer 1:As usual I could be way off so no playing like I'm Frankenstein.
