MAC Outlook 2011 new contacts is not syncing.

Hello Guys,

Please help. Does anyone has experience that whenever a new contact is created from Outlook 2011 / OWA vice versa is not syncing / appearing to MAC Outlook 2011?

Did this steps but, it didn't fixed the issue. Tried also to rebuild the profile but, still the same.

2. Tick Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm) and check all items you want to export and click the right arrow to continue.
3. Tick No, do not delete items and click the right arrow to continue.
4. Save the .olm file in your local directory.
5. When the export is complete, click the Done button.
6. Delete this file in your Users Library/Preferences folder: (com.microsoft.Outlook.SyncServicesPreferences.plist)

You followed the proper steps, just recheck the settings hope that it will work now.

Hi Uddan,

Please confirm whether the issue happens to all users. We can setup the problamatic account in Outlook for Windows client to check whether the contact sync issue persists.

If the issue doesn't happen in Outlook for Windows, I think it should be an Outlook for Mac issue instead of an Exchange issue. We can ask a question in Outook for Mac forum for more help:

It's actually only happens on single user only. I will definitely check on that forum.
