Lync On Premise, Exchange 2013 Hybrid Unified Messaging Issue

Hi there,

I've gone through all the steps as documented here:

All facets of my Lync 2013 environment and hybrid Exchange environment are working properly -- with the exception of transferring calls from our on-premise autoattendant to a user whose mailbox has been migrated to Exchange Online. The call immediately fails when the 5 digit extension is dialed(it works for everyone else).

On the CAS that fielded the call, I see these two events for each failure:
