Lync Meeting Join Audio Options should have all the 'rooms' in the coference.
Lync is a great tool, but when you work at a large organization you often schedule meetings where you have two or more large groups each joining from a single conference room. When you join the lync meeting from a computer you are prompted to join audio.
And I think two things are missing, one is you can't only assign one room to a meeting i believe, and when you are prompted to join you are only given the option of Your user's numbers, not the numbers of all the rooms in the conference. Adding the conference
rooms to your list of numbers won't work because there could be literally hundreds of conference rooms in the address book and you may frequent many of them. Is there a place to suggest these things be added? Maybe an an api i could write an add-in for to
add these numbers?
