I am running Office Pro Plus 2013 x32 on Windows 8.1 x64. This started after reinstalling my computer where Lync was working fine previously so I am deducing it is related to a driver issue.
Ideas I have tried include:
- Uninstall and reinstall Lync
- Repair of Lync
- Remove Office 2013 and reinstall
- Installed all updates
- Removing, reinstalling, reverting and updating the following the drivers audio, video and Bluetooth with no success.
- I removed Lync duplicate updates from control panel --> Programs and Features.
- Renaming the SIP folder in %APPDATA%\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync
The event viewer event is as follows.
