Lost full administrator access to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010?

I'm using the console and normally when I right click on recipients I get "New Mailbox" for me to create a new mailbox. Now for some odd reason it only shows view or modify. What woudl be causing this? thanks samhainaz@yahoo.com

Hi, Please make sure that your account is a member of the recipient administrator group if you want to create new mailboxes. Or if you want to administer the Exchange Systeme make sure the Account is memberr of the Exchange Organisation Administrator Group. Hi AZ techie, Any updates? Can you run the cmdlet New-Mailbox in EMS? Which Role or Role Group is assigned to you ago? Please run the cmdlet Get-ManagementRoleAssignment -RoleAssignee "your account" and post the result here. Frank Wang TechNet Community Support
