Hi

I have just attempted to move a main folder with many sub folders into a new folder to consolidate inforamation, the orginal has now vanished and when looking for any emails with titles i know relate I get a message saying 'cannot open this item, message specified can not be found'.

This has critical information that I need to access now, i would be so grateful if a member of the team could help. I am self employed and do not have technical support so simplest terms would be appreciated.
