A while back I installed the beta version of Windows 8 (yeah hind sight is 20/20) when I tried to go back to Windows 7 I couldn't,  I had to do a complete re-install of windows 7. In doing so I lost Visio, so I downloaded it again but seem to have lost my license key to it also. I tried a license key recovery (multiple ones) and non of them were able to recover my key to visio. Is there any way I can get it from microsoft per say I had it registered to a specific email? Thank you in advanced

Normal MS office support should be able to help as long as you have proof of purchase.
