Not unless you have some 3rd archival system like Enterprise Vault or HP IAP that retains email and even then the retention is for so long. If you have deleted item retention enabled for that mailbox you can look at his dumpster and retrieve whats in there. Really more of a pain than anything to full a request like this and usually improbable.I tell users not to store stuff locally that they feel is important put it on a network share that is backed up nightly via snapshots or tape.Sr. Exchange Engineer - Constellation Energy
